Unique Skills:
Must have hands on SAP Customer Service configuration experience Above average knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and their integration points with CS required At least two full cycle SAP CS implementations required and experience in Global deployment projects preferred. Experience implementing HCL''s iMRO product or a similar highly enhanced Product Support solution for Aircraft highly preferredIn depth knowledge of CS sub processes, especially Heavy Maintenance, Component Repair, and Warranty requiredExperience with Product Support related SAP Add-ons preferredMinimum of 6 years of SAP CS experience, prefer 10+ years functional experience as wellSolid understanding how SAP reporting can be done in Product Support and how it can feed SAP reporting add-ons such as BW and BO requiredRequired ability to face and resolve technical issues including working with technical team to complete programming tasks
Experience/Education:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. - Masters degree in related discipline may offset two years of experience.Ten (10) years relevant experience and/or six years specific SAP system configuration, development and deployment experience, including at least two full lifecycle SAP implementations.
