* High School Diploma or G.E.D required
* College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or Business preferred
* A minimum of two years' experience as a Leasing Specialist or comparable combined experience/education in property management or other sales/service related industry
* Experience in training delivery preferred
* Student property experience preferred
* MRI-RM and Excel experience preferred
* Mentoring/Training experience preferred
* Exceptional communication and sales skills
* Results oriented
* Superior customer service skills
* Critical thinking, sound decision-making and time management skills
* Professional demeanor
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing responsibilities
* Attention to detail and strong organization skills
* Ability to assimilate information
* Ability to travel
* Knowledge of Federal, State and Local Fair Housing laws
* Valid Drivers License and transportation required
