Our client, a growing property management company, is looking to staff an Office Assistant to assist to start tomorrow. The Office Assistant will assist with filing, copying, faxing, and answering the phones. This is a dynamic position for an Office Assistant who is organized and committed to the profession.The ideal Office Assistant will be able to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work, sort and route incoming materials, etc. Additionally the position may require computer and data entry skills so a proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
