This includes as a minimum, design, analysis, supplier integration, development, testing, and certification
5) Must interface with other PEs and engineering management to ensure systems are compatible and designed with in common goals
6) Must provide leadership to direct staff to ensure proper methodology and decision making criteria are being utilized
7) Must express judgment and foresight to recognize when decisions should be elevated to senior management
8) Must be able to clearly and concisely present technical and team status to program and senior management leadership
9) Must be able to organize and facilitate technical supplier coordination meetings
10) Must be able to prepare status reports that accurately reflect status of project
11) Has budgetary responsibility for cross-functional team
12) Must prepare budget status report that can be submitted and presented in a clear manner to program and functional management
Unique Skills:
MicroSoft excel,or project experience/or other project software experience preferred. Experience/Education:
- Bachelor degree in engineering, a related curriculum, or equivalent combination of appropriate education and experience.Minimum of ten (10) years Engineering experience including at least two (2) years in a position involving engineering supervisory or broad engineering managerial responsibility. - See Other Requirements in job description.
