The Ramp Operations Manager (ROM) will enhance rail relations, ensure access to adequate capacity in the marketplace and drive critical key factors (service, billed ratio, dray productivity, cost/dray) within their geographic region thereby accomplishing Schneider National’s goal of becoming the ‘Premier Intermodal Provider’ in North America.
