The Bankruptcy Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that all Trustee payments are promptly posted and that mail is opened and sorted daily. The ideal Bankruptcy Assistant will be familiar with issues pertaining to Chapter 13 bankruptcies but primarily be very proficient and efficient in data entry.
