Position Purpose
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer. Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities Coordinate internal/external meeting schedules, appointments, video and telephone conference calls
Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
Manage visitor travel, hotel, transportation and itineraries for executives from UK headquarters
Interface with outside customers, dignitaries and dealers assisting and routing as applicable
Create, edit and type internal/external correspondence
Create any necessary reports or presentations
Handle all expenses associated with NYC apartment
Review and approve all invoices for office supplies
Coordinate office supplies process and replenishment Nature & Scope
Reports to Chief Operating Officer Minimum Qualifications
Must pass applicable drug screens, background checks and pre-employment tests
High school diploma
Six or more years of administrative experience Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Six years of administrative experience working for a senior-official
Six years of administrative experience within a related industry or any combination of education, skills and experience to perform the duties of the position. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capable of multi-tasking
Effective time management and organizational skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to take direction well and work with minimal supervision
Maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information from the executive offices Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationship with others
