Position Summary:
The Quality Manager uses broad knowledge of business disciplines in utilizing common tools, processes, language and statistical methodology to apply Enterprise Lean approach across business and functions as well as on the factory floor. This is a hands-on position responsible for identifying, planning, performing and implementing process improvement initiatives, working directly with managers and employees on the line. The Quality Manager provides managerial, statistical, and problem solving methods to enable the organization to achieve process improvement capabilities.
