Intermodal Experience Required
Job Summary: Complete accountability for the overall terminal, managing customer expectations, overseeing corporate daily tasks, ensuring profitability and addressing consistent growth issues. 5-7 yrs exp minimum. Strategic Development:

- Reduce & prevent unnecessary expenses
- Managing expenses within corporate budget
- Ensuring corporate margins are reached and maintained

- Balancing work with available capacity
- Ensuring high safety standards
Customer Development:
- Networking on business pipeline
- Addressing customer issues to maintain service levels
- Maintaining high customer service levels
Requirements:
- Must have 3 years of drayage / intermodal experience
- College degree preferred
- Computer skills – MS Office and TMS applications
