Coordinate between technical experts of tools, process owners and process implementers
Own at least design and operations of one process
Act as a consultant, guide and trainer for IT staff for any process related concerns Skills & Education
4 year graduate degree
ITIL certified; SME of IT processes
Strong communication skills
Strong negotiating skills
