The DOS has responsibility for the Sales and Marketing Budget/P&L, revenue forecasting, advertising, marketing, developing and writing business plans, and ownership meetings. The DOS is responsible for the supervision of sales managers, catering managers, trainees, interns, and administrative/coordinator staff.
