We need a talented, experienced software trainer with positive attitude and friendly, professional personality to help us train our legal and administrative staff.If you are a Corporate level Software Trainer with legal software experience and willing to be relocated to fun New Orleans, please read on!Responsibilities:-Schedule and manage end-user training for all offices including hands-on classroom instruction, software demonstrations and briefings, workshops, and the facilitation of on-line learning.-Delivers end-user training on all Firm software and hardware for lawyers, staff, and newly hired employees.-Provides technical and operational support during the design, development, evaluation, and promotion of training.-Collaborates with IT team by participating in pilot orientation sessions, conducting testing and reporting results, soliciting feedback, developing documentation, and resolving level 2 software issues.-Maintains training rooms, class roster, instructor outlines, training documentation, statistics, and other duties as required.-Reads technical journals or manuals, attends vendor seminars to keep abreast of new industry developments, and to learn best practices and proper operations for new computer software.Qualifications:-Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), progress in the certification process, computer related degree, or equivalent experience required.-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 2003/2010 suite, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point.
