Job Description-Determine loan values based off of a vehicle evaluation-Ability to work hours of operation including Saturdays (M-F: 9:30-6 S: 9:30-3) -Promote sales and customer retention by maintaining customer files in accordance with company policies and procedures-Increase store profitability through customer relationship development, community involvement, marketing and identifying new business sources-Make daily bank deposits, manage store schedule, accept customer payments, process vehicle liens and comply with all applicable State consumer and privacy laws-Manage customer relationships and ensure that accounts are performing in a timely mannerMinimum Required knowledge and abilities:-Four year high school degree or equivalent required -Leadership experience preferred -Sales, Customer Service or finance experience required -Proficiency in Microsoft Office required -Proficiency in typing required (Minimum 30wpm) -Strong written and verbal communication skills-Bilingual preferred but not required(English/Spanish)Qualifications: -Criminal background check required including MVR-Valid Driver's license -Must be at least 18 years of age-Must have reliable transportation-Must have minimally required insurance for vehicleCompensationBase Pay will be hourly determined solely upon qualifications and aptitude.
